Building land up for sale in Vracar
The Belgrade Land Development Public Agency has put building land in Vracar, publicly owned by the City of Belgrade, up for sale.
As said in the text of the tender, the building land is located between Gruzanska, Karlovacka and Todora od Stalaca streets, on the building parcels GP1 and GP2, each of 372 m2.
The location covered by the Detailed Regulation Plan is planned for the construction of residential facilities for several families, with commercial sections.
The market value of the land on each parcel was RSD 111,554.23 per square meter on the date of March 6. The initial price of GP1 is RSD 41,498,173.56, and GP2 is being sold at the same price.
The deposit is RSD 4,149,817.35 per parcel.
Application deadline is January 27, 2020, at 3.30 pm. The public bidding is scheduled for January 28, at 11 am.
