Industrial complex in zone of "Dunav" port's freight transportation center for sale at starting price of 2.3m EUR

The auction for sale of the industrial complex in the zone of Freight Transportation Center of Pančevo-based "Luka Dunav" (the Danube Port) at the starting price of 2.3m EUR will be held on November 11th, 2009.

The land at total surface of 49,895 square meters, with a concrete factory and other facilities owned by GIP "Austro-Bau Konstruktor", is offered for sale.

The auction will be run by Colliers International, by the authorization of Euroaxis Bank from Moscow, and the auction will be held in the premises of Colliers in New Belgrade.
