Politika ad Beograd advertised another sale of the business building at 24 Despota Stefana Blvd in Belgrade on November 4, 2019.
The estimated value of the building with a gross area of 3,688 m2 is around RSD 551.7 million, same as at the previous attempt at a sale, which took part in October.
The sale is to be carried out through a public collection of written bids, which may be sent no later than 21 days from the date of the publication of the ad, in a closed envelope, at the address of Politika ad, 1 Cetinjska Street, Belgrade.
