Belgrade's city authorities consider purchase of "Inex" building in capital's center

Belgrade's city authorities intend to buy the building of "Inex" (1 Kraljice Marije Street) in order to put all city agencies in one place. It is expected that the price of the building, which was earlier offered for sale at the auction, is going to exceed 1 billion RSD.

- The building that is offered for sale has the surface of 12,900 square meters and 21 floors - it is stated in the earlier auction offer by the PRivatizationn Agency, which is also the bankruptcy manager.

The business building has complete infrastructure that meets the standards of modern operations for over 800 employees.
