Spa Complex Zlatar in Nova Varos put up for sale

The Property Directorate of the Republic of Serbia has advertised the sale of the Spa Complex Zlatar in Nova Varos. As said, the property is owned by the Republic of Serbia and the Pensions and Disability Insurance Fund of the Republic of Serbia.

The subject of the sale are the facility for prevention, treatment and rehabilitation of cardiovascular diseases, healthcare business premises and several cadaster parcels. The property is sold as seen, without the right of subsequent complaint.

The initial price of the Spa Complex of Zlatar is around EUR 3.9 million. The property can be viewed on November 7, 2019, between noon and 2 pm.

Eligible tenderers are all legal and natural persons that meet the requirements. The bid submission deadline is November 12, 2019, at 3.30 pm. The opening of the sent bids will be carried out by a commission. The criterion for the selection of the best bidder is the offered sales and purchase price.
