Construction of complex within "Smederevski Đeram" market to start in May 2010 - investment worth 16m EUR

Belgrade-based public utility company "Gradske pijace" will invest 16m EUR in the new complex of "Smederevski Đeram" market in Zvezdara borough, which will occupy the surface of 28,000 square meters.

- The complex will comprise a new business building of "Gradske pijace". The market will be completely reconstructed, while office space will be built around it. Construction of three levels of underground garages in that location is also in the pipeline – Dragan Pušara, the CEO of "Gradske pijace", told "eKapija".

The preliminary project has been elaborated by the Transportation Institute CIP, while the commencement of works is expected in May 2010.
