"Meteor Group" to start construction of two residential-business facilities in 2010

"Meteor Group" has invited all interested companies to apply by the end of October for participation in construction of two residential-business facilities in Belgrade. Construction works are planned to commence in 2010, and potential partners can be general contractors for all works, as well as specialized contractors for one or more types of works.

The facility in New Belgrade will occupy the surface of 22,000 square meters, and it will have ground floor, six floors and three underground semi-floors. "Situated in an attractive location in the vicinity of the Sava river and the broad boulevards of New Belgrade, it has the features of a multifunctional facility with a modern architectural expression of elegant architecture and a modern approach to symbolic and shape dialogue with architectural and building elements of our region", the investor explained.

The overground part of the facility, at total surface of about 15,000 square meters, comprises ground floor and seven floors. The underground floors are classified into three semi-floors with the space with 200 parking places and accompanying technical premises.

The business and residential sections of the facility stand in ratio 60%:40%. They are vertically separated from each other, so that, according to the shape, facade, materialization, function, all communications and installations, they represent separate wholes.

The overground part of the facility will include ground floor and five floors. The underground floors will have enough room for required number of parking places and accompanying technical premises. All overground floors at about 2980 square meters each will comprise about 24 apartments of various structures and sizes, as well as office space on the ground floor facing the street. One of the sides of the facility is facing an old street in Vračar, while the other three sides are surrounded by a well-arranged yard.
