"Ingrap omni" to build sports-recreation center with indoor swimming pool in location of former "Valjevo Leather Industry"

After several years of agony and two unsuccessful privatizations, the last property of "Valjevo Leather Industry" has been bought at the recently held auction.

Company "Ingrap omni" has bought the parcel at 1,7 ha, occupied by production halls, laboratories, offices and a restaurant, at the starting price of 427,000 EUR.

The new owner intends to have a sports center with an indoor swimming pool built on that parcel.
