Borough of Stari Grad to rent tennis courts of sports center "Milan Gale Muškatirović"

The borough of Stari Grad has offered the tennis courts with auxiliary facilities of sports-recreation business center "Milan Gale Muškatirović" in Belgrade for rent.

Total of eight tennis courts and one auxiliary facility at 1,100 square meters are offered for rent. According to the plan, these courts will be rented on period of ten years, with the possibility of extension of the contract for another ten years.

Minimum amount of rental fee is 250,000 EUR per year, and it is possible only to rent all the facilities together.
