"Yes Yugoexport sistem" in bankruptcy to sell facilities in Belgrade and Novi Sad

Company "Yes Yugoexport sistem - Yes korporacija" in bankruptcy has advertised the public sale of storage, production-garage space in 13 Čingrijina Street in Belgrade, and the auction is scheduled for October 21st, 2009.

The space consists of three floors, of which total surface is 4,429.56 square meters, and a flat roof at 1,393 square meters where vehicles can be parked.

The starting price is 252,462,520 RSD (about 2.74m EUR), and the deposit for participation in public auction amounts to 100,985,408 RSD (about 1m EUR).

In addition to this space, an outlet at 245.31 square meters in Belgrade (45 Kraljice Marije Street) will also be offered for sale at the starting price of 68,451,255 RSD (about 744,000 EUR), as well as an office space in Novi Sad.

The address of the facility in Novi Sad is 131 Oslobođenja Boulevard, and it occupies the surface of 1,624 square meters. Its starting price is 251,646,840 RSD (about 2.7m EUR).
