"Rad Internacional" to sell building in Kosovska Street - starting price exceeds 5.8m EUR

Belgrade-based building company "Rad Internacional" in bankruptcy has scheduled the auction for sale of the business building in 31 Kosovska Street for October 21st.

The facility has nine floors, eight of which are property of the bankrupted debtor and occupy the net surface of 3,169.05 square meters.

The starting price of the building is 535,713,847.00 RSD (about 5.82m EUR), and the deposit for participation in public auction amounts to 214,285,538 RSD.

All belonging office furniture, equipment and small inventory are offered for sale as well.
