(Illustration) Komercijalna Banka, which is currently undergoing a sales procedure, has advertised the sale or lease of its facility in the Belgrade municipality of Cukarica through the method of collecting written bids.
As stated, this is a car showroom with services at 22 Radnicka Street.
The initial sales price of the facility is EUR 6.5 million, and the initial lease price is EUR 22,000 a month.
Bids need to be submitted in closed envelopes by October 3, 2019, at noon, at the address of Komercijalna Banka in Belgrade.
