Law on planning and construction put in effect

Law on planning and construction, which will simplify and accelerate procedures for issuing building permits, and enable legalization of all facilities built without building permits, was put in effect on September 11th.

The Law anticipates legalization of the facilities built prior to September 11th, and the owners can submit legalization requests within the next six months.
