Company "Ming" from Belgrade to sell hotel on Kopaonik

A hotel on Kopaonik mountain, which is about 4 km away from the center of this national park, should soon get the new owner.

Namely, company "Ming" from Belgrade has announced the ad for sale of the complex at 590 square meters on the parcel of 8.5 are. The facility also has a balcony at 150 square meters.

The hotel includes 13 suites with total of 40 beds, a restaurant with kitchen, a coffee shop with reception desk and TV hall. In addition, the hotel also has premises for trim cabinet and sauna, rooms for staff and auxiliary premises (boiler rooms, laundry, store room).

The facility has central heating system, powered by solid fuel and electricity, and it gets water from its own spring.
