"Pejak-Hendel" became 100% owner of complex in spa resort Banja Koviljača

Initial owner "Pejak Branko" from Austria sold entire property at 54,000 square meters to company "Pejak-Handel" from Banja Koviljača on July 14, 2009.

As company "Pejak-Handel" from Banja Koviljača announced, the newly created situation will make realization of the Land-utilization project, which has been elaborated by Loznica-based "Urbo-plan" in association with the Republic Geodesic Institute, significantly easier.

At that property, which is situated in the center of Banja Koviljača, 2 business-residential buildings have already been built, and construction of few more such buildings, geriatric center and sports-recreation facilities is in the pipeline.
