"Multicon Engineering" draws plans for residential-business facility "Hipothet" in Belgrade

Company "Multicon Engineering" (www.multicon-engineering.com) announced that it had signed the contract with Belgrade-based "Tempo Company" for drawing of plans for residential-business complex "Hipothet" at about 10,000 square meters.

This is the first of several projects in Tošin Bunar Street on which this company currently works, and it will include a garni-hotel with conference and meeting halls as an addition to the residential-business contents.

The contract anticipates design of architectural solution, as well as elaboration of preliminary and main project for all disciplines.
