New auction for sale of Mataruška and Bogutovačka spa resorts on July 17

The Privatization Agency announced today (June 8, 2009) that natural sanatoriums and holiday resorts Mataruška and Bogutovačka spa resorts would be offered for sale on July 17th, at the starting price of 137.7m RSD.

According to the ad in daily newspaper Politika, the deadline for submission of applications is July 9th, and the deposit for participation in the auction amounts to 68.9m RSD.

The estimated value of the capital is 860.9m RSD, and the future owner will be obliged to invest 229.7m RSD.

The most important facilities are hotels "Termal", "Mineral" and "Žiča", restaurant "Jugoslavija", the building of old bath, dependence "Mineral" and pizza place "Kapica".

That company has 146 workers and, according to the data provided by the Privatization Agency, it registered 134.8m RSD worth of incomes in 2008, while the expenses amounted to 171.5m RSD.

Mataruška spa resort is 8 km away from Kraljevo. It is rich with springs of mineral water with sulfur. Bogutovačka spa resort is 23 km away from Kraljevo and it has mineral water rich with silicon acid, radioactive elements and sulfur-hydrogen.
