Novi Sad-based "Park" to get most expensive lot in city - parcel next to "Dnevnik" rented for 180m RSD

- The parcel next to the building of "Dnevnik" in Novi Sad in Oslobođenja Boulevard was rented at yesterday's auction (June 3rd, 2009) to HTUP "Park" for 180m RSD - the Building Institute announced.

The starting price of the parcel at 987 square meters was 81,338,448 RSD, there were four participants in the auction, and the new renter will be able to have a five-storey building with cellar built on it.
