Sale of "Zlatna Obala" in Sutomore postponed until June 12th

The Privatization Agency has, once again, postponed the sale of Hotel-Tourism complex "Inex Zlatna obala" in Sutomore and, instead on May 29th, this complex will be offered for sale on June 12th. The starting price amounts to 17m EUR.

The dossier can be bought prior to June 4th, while the deadline for submission of 3.4m EUR worth of guarantee is June 10th. All interested potential buyers should submit their applications prior to June 10th.
