"Pluto Capital" to have large trade center built in Leskovac - opening in March 2010

Company "Pluto Capital" has started construction of a large trade center in Leskovac, at the surface of about 10,000 square meters, which will be opened, according to the current plans, in March 2010.

Jelena Jevremović, the Manager of the Consulting Department in the Retail Sector of company "Colliers", the exclusive lease agent for outlets in that trade center, told "eKapija" that that project would, for the first time, present the shopping concept "all at one place" to the citizens of Leskovac.

- The trade center is situated in the city center, it occupies the area of about 10,000 square meters, 3,300 square meters of which are intended for hypermarket, while the second large facility is reserved for furniture or electronics store. There will be another 10 outlets in that center - said Jelena Jevremović.

She announced that the facility may be opened in two phases. The hypermarket may be opened at the beginning of December and other facilities in March 2010.
