Property of "Sartid" in bankruptcy for sale at auction on June 16th - city stadium for sale

The Bankruptcy Manager of stock company "Sartid" has announced the sale of sports stadium in Smederevo and the founding share of bankruptcy mass in that company with 100% share in "FC Smederevo" at the starting price of 1.3 billion RSD (about 13.7m EUR). The auction will be held on June 16th, and the condition for participation is the payment of deposit in amount of 10% of the starting price.

In addition to the stadium in Smederevo, future buyer will also be able to use 14 parcels at total surface of 11 ha 59 acre 40 square meters.
