Business building of "Inex" in Belgrade’s downtown offered for sale

The Privatization Agency has announced today (May 4, 2009) that it will offer the business building of “Inex-Interexport” Fund in restructuring, situated in Belgrade’s downtown, for sale on June 19th at the starting price of 418,200 EUR.

According to the public invitation published in "Politika", the yard building at 273.29 square meters in 12 Francuska Street is offered for sale.

The deadline for submission of applications for participation in the public auction is June 11th, 2009, while the deposit for participation amounts to 84,000 EUR.

The dossier can be bought prior to June 10, 2009, at the price of 1,000 EUR.

The building of "Inex-interexport" Fund was built at 98 square meters of state-owned building land, and it comprises cellar, ground floor and one storey.

The building was also offered for sale on April 10th, 2009, at the price of 615,000 EUR, but there were no interested buyers on that occasion.
