Sale of "Zlatna Obala" in Sutomore postponed until May 29th

The auction for sale of hotel-tourism complex "Inex Zlatna Obala" in Sutomore, which was supposed to be held tomorrow, has been been postponed until May 29th.

The auction will be held in Belgrade, and the starting price amounts to 17m EUR.

The deadline for submission of applications for participation expires on May 22nd, the deposit for participation in the auction amounts to 3.4m EUR, while the dossier can be purchased at the price of 8,000 EUR prior to May 21st.

According to the website of the Agency (www.priv.rs), total of 64 building facilities within the complex at 13,900 square meters will be offered for sale, as well as equipment and stocks owned by Belgrade-based Inex Hotels.

According to the company’s website (www.inexhoteli.com), Inex Zlatna Obala has 57 houses – bungalows with 840 beds at its disposal, as well as restaurant, tavern, pastry shop, brewer, bawling room and pool tables.

The buyer of the hotel complex at Montenegrin seaside will be obliged to give permanent jobs to 60 people, as well as to accept the minimum social programme.
