Zepter’s company did not pay 20m EUR for Institute in Igalo
- Company "Home Art and Sales Services", owned by Serbian businessman Filip Zepter, has not paid 20m EUR for 56% of state-owned stocks in health center "Simo Milošević" in Igalo - the members of Montenegrin Government told Beta.
- The deadline for payment of that money expired last night (April 23, 2009) at midnight, and the tender commission for privatization of the Institute will decide next week whether to cancel the contract with Zepter’s company and invite the second-ranked bidder on the tender, Austrian “Christof Group” to the negotiations - Branko Vujović, the CEO of the Agency for Foreign Investments, told Beta.
The Swiss company that is owned by the Serbian businessman has offered the investment programme worth 150m EUR, which is 17 times more than second-ranked "Christof group" has offered.
