Exhibition "Bridge at Kalemegdan" opened - artistic solution for passerelle presented
Stephen Wordsfort, the Ambassador of Great Britain, Aleksandar Antić, the PResident of the City Assembly, and Marko Popović, the Science Advisor of Archeology Institute SANU, opened exhibition "Bridge at Kalemegdan" on April 16th.
On that occasion, the artistic solution for the looks of passerelle that will be connecting Kalemegdan with the pedestrian walk along the Sava river, in the vicinity of Concrete hall, was presented. The project was initiated by public company "Beogradska tvrđava" in association with artists Richard Dikon and Mrđan Bajić, and it is a part of manifestation Days of Belgrade.
The realization of the idea would connect two parts of the city, so that it would take the visitors about 10 minutes to walk from "outdoor museums" at the fortress to "indoor museums" within Concrete hall.
Two exhibitions dedicated to this projects are set up in the hall of the City Assembly and in Gallery ULUS, and they will be opened prior to April 28th.
