First business facility with private heliport in Belgrade - "B23 Office Park" to be completed this year

Exclusive business building "B23 Office Park", across the road from the Belgrade Arena, will be finished in the last quarter of this year, and "Verano Group" will invest over 80m EUR in that facility. "B23 Office Park" is the first business facility in Serbia with private heliport and the only one in this part of Europe that meets AAA standards.

Krsta Sandić, the Vice President of "Verano group", said that the commercialization of office space was underway and that numerous large companies had expressed interest to the date.

- We have decided to build the first facility of the kind in Belgrade, and the interest expressed by future tenants confirms that the market always exists for the real quality. The facility is intended for VIP clients and I hope that it will contribute to enhancement of the image of our capital city.

Vesna Križmanić, the Executive Director of "Projmetal", the company that drew plans and carries out the works, said that "B23 Office Park" represented a modern architectural facility at 53,000 square meters.

- The facility comprises four buildings - A, B, C and D, with six levels each, and they are mutually connected by means of atriums. The offices are designed as free open space, and people must pass through multistorey corridors with lifts and stairs or bridges to reach them – Križmanić said and pointed out that the top-quality materials had been used in construction.

Ground floor and gallery are common for the entire business complex, while accompanying contents include congress and presentation halls, coffee shops, outlets, bookstores, banks…

The level 6 in the central buildings is intended for relaxation and joint contents - fitness, spa center, restaurant and café bar. Construction of a square in front of the facility, which will be facing Arsenija Čarnojevića Boulevard, is in the pipeline. Modern urban park will have pedestrian and restrictively traffic functions, with lot of greenery. The parking lot will have total of 550 parking places.

- The control and monitoring of all technical systems, maintenance of the facility, as well as office space management – lighting, air conditioning, motor windows and blinds in business premises, are all centralized – Križmanić explained.
