"Multicon Engineering" won second prize for solution for four suite housing projects in complex "Silver lake resort"

Among 31 companies and individuals, “Multicon Engineering” from Belgrade has won the second prize at the city planning-architectural open competition for preliminary, programme and urbanistic-architectural solution for four suite housing projects within "Silver lake resort" complex.

This open competition was organized by company "Silver lake investment" with the aim of collecting quality solutions for this location.

The solution was supposed to cover about 13.2 ha for construction of suite housing projects and individual villas of different types. The complex should also include artificial lake, as well as a lagoon with an embankment and a pier for yachts.

In addition to Dragana Đorđević who led the author team of "Multicon Engineering", other authors of the solution are: Marina Cerovac, Maja Đorđević, Svetislav Kostić Jeremić, Milivoje Andrić and Nikola Jelenković.
