The American real estate company Re/Max (Real Estate Maximus) will officially open its office in Serbia on October 3 in Belgrade, the company announced.
Founded in 1973 in Denver, Colorado, Re/Max operates exclusively as a franchise system, and in the Serbian market, it plans to cooperate with a large number of local agents and real estate agencies.
Together with Montenegro and Latvia, Serbia is one of the three newest members of the Re/Max family.
The company operates in around 100 countries throughout the world, employs over 123,000 agents and has more than 7,900 agencies. Last year, it once again placed among the top ten global franchises in the annual Franchise Times Top 200+ survey.
In entered Europe in 1994. Today, it has 1,900 offices and 22,000 agents on the Old Continent.
