Auction for sale of bachelor hotel "21. maj" on April 24th

- The auction for sale of the bachelor hotel owned by Belgrade-based company "21. maj- Hotelijerstvo i ugostiteljstvo" in restructuring has been scheduled for April 24th – the Privatization Agency announced today (March 23, 2009).

The starting price of the hotel, which is situated in Belgrade’s settlement Rakovica, in Marička Street, amounts to 2.1m EUR. The hotel at 3,797 square meters has an underground floor, a ground floor and four overground floors.

The payment of deposit of 410,000 EUR prior to April 14th is necessary for participation in the auction. The applications for participation in the auction should also be submitted prior to that date.

The buyer of the hotel will be obliged to keep all the employees.
