Announcement of sale of hotel complex "Zlatna obala" in Sutomore
The Privatization Agency of Serbia announced today (March
19, 2009) that Sutomore-based Hotel-Tourism Complex “Inex-Zlatna Obala” would
be offered for sale at the auction on May 5th at the starting price
of 17m EUR.
According to the website of the Agency (www.priv.rs),
total of 64 facilities within the complex at 13,900 square meters and the
equipment, inventory and stocks owned by Belgrade-based "Inex hoteli"
will be offered for sale.
According to the information available on the website (www.inexhoteli.com), "Inex Zlatna
obala" owns total of 57 bungalows for about 840 guests, as well as
restaurant, tavern, pastry shop, brewer, bawling room and billiard tables.
The auction will be held in Belgrade, and the condition for participation is
the procurement of the selling dossier at the price of 8,000 EUR, the requests
for which can be submitted prior to April 22nd.
The Agency announced that the applications for participation in the auction can
be delivered prior to April 27th, while the participants were
obliged to either pay the deposit or provide the banking guarantee worth 3.4m
EUR.
According to the website of the Privatization Agency, the buyer of the hotel
complex at Montenegrin seaside will also be obliged to hire 60 people on
indefinite period of time and to accept the minimum social programme.
