of which is the lot with stone house in
the vicinity of former Tito’s Villa on Zlatibor mountain.
The starting price for that property on Zlatibor exceeds 68m RSD.
The starting price for the warehouse of "Feropromet" in Kraljevo,
along with the administrative building, office space, reception desk, garage,
car parts shop at 1,368 square meters and main phone exchange, is somewhat
lower and it amounts to about 66.5m RSD.
The public invitation also includes starting prices for the office space of “Magno-Intel”,
former tourist agency of "Magnohrom", at 30.7 square meters, one parcel at 61.9 acres
in Kraljevo, and the building in Draglica, between Čajetina and Nova Varoš in
western Serbia, where miners used to live.
The representative of capital in company "Magnohrom", Dragoljub

procurement of the lot on Zlatibor and two yard parcels in Kraljevo.
At the time of intensive production of magnesite tiles, "Magnohrom" was
