Auction for sale of "Jugoexport" building in Belgrade’s downtown on April 7th

- The auction for sale of "Jugoexport" business building in Kolarčeva Street in Belgrade has been scheduled for April 7th, and the starting price will be 2.8 billion RSD – the Privatization Agency announced today (March 5, 2009).

At the previous auction, in December 2008, when there were no interested buyers, the starting price was 4.2 billion RSD.

Office space owned by “Jugoexport” in bankruptcy, at 5,505 square meters in cellar, on ground floor and on five out of total of 6 floors of the building, will be offered for sale.

The sixth floor is excluded from the sale because the owner of that space is Belgrade-based "Osnova projekt".

The surface of the office space that will be offered for sale is 310 square meters larger than the registered one.

The condition for participation in the auction is the deposit of 1.1 billion RSD, and the deadline for provision of the first-class banking guarantee and purchase of documentation is March 31st.

The outlet of “Jugoexport” in Zmaj Jovina Street in Novi Sad will also be offered for sale at the auction at the starting price of 21.3m RSD, and the deposit for participation in the auction is 8.5m RSD.
