Realization of project at Cape Zavala in Budva – completion of villas prior to May 31st
Russian company "Mirax Balkan" has announced that
it has intensified the works on realization of large building project "Astra
Montenegro", at the Cape of Zavala near Budva, in which about 200m EUR
will be invested.
The CEO of company "Mirax Balkan", Vječeslav Leibman, told Tanjug
that the works on completion of 38 luxury villas were being carried out as
planned, and that between 100 and 400 people were working on façades and
interiors of those facilities every day.
Leibman said that the construction of road infrastructure and pedestrian walks in
that exclusive housing project was underway, as well as construction of
auxiliary facilities, such as restaurants, coffee shops, parks, various retail
facilities and recreation space.
- Although the construction has not been completed yet, we have already sold
60% of villas to rich and well-known buyers from Russia, and that is why we
have founded the Council of Buyers, the members of which are visiting the building
site in Budva once a month, and their travel costs are covered by
"Mirax" – said Leibman.
He announced that all the works would be finished prior to May 31st.
Company "Mirax" plans to lay the foundation stone in the same
location this autumn for construction of a super-luxury 30-storey hotel.
