Herceg Novi is looking for strategic partner for construction of a bus station in the city

Herceg Novi Municipality has published a contest for election of strategic partner for construction of the bus station in the city.

The future station will be located near Adriatic Highway in Herceg Novi. Total area of the location is 22.529 square meters, and estimated value of investment is around 10 million euros.

If everything would go according the plan, construction would be started in January, 2010, at the earlies, at the location determined by the changes and additions of the General plan of Herceg Novi for Sistet-Bare area.

According the first awarded solution, the station would be constructed on 12.000 square meters, and besides rail stops and parking lots there would be another 9.000 square meters of other contents, such as ticket offices, waiting rooms, various servicing for passengers, agencies, post offices, banks, a restaurant, shops etc.
