Hotel Nacional and the Iskra movie theater in Pirot will get a whole new look, our portal learns at the local self-government.
The reconstruction of this building which dates back to the pre-WW2 period, has started recently. As the City Administration of Pirot says for eKapija, the investor is a private person, and the contractor is the Pirot-based company Informix.
Following the reconstruction, the 1,500-m2 facility will accommodate office and commercial premises.
– The most important thing for us is for the facade and the exterior of the hotel to be preserved, as they are protected by our planning documents – the City Administration of Pirot says.
The construction completion deadline is June 25, 2019.
