Auction for sale of catering company Vranje

The Privatization Agency has announced the invitation to public auction for sale of 70% of capital of catering company Vranje. CEO Dragan Popović says that the price of this part of capital is 9m EUR.

- The new owner will be obliged to buy the whole package that includes: hotel in the city center, motel on the highway, villa Balkan, three restaurants, old cafe Evropa and land. All interested buyers who offer the starting price of 2m EUR will be free to bid at the auction - says he.

Unresolved ownership relations for the land at which the facilities were built represent the biggest problem in privatization of catering company Vranje, while the attractive locations in Vranje's downtown represent the advantages, as well as the motel that is situated at the city entrance, on the route of future "Corridor 10".
