New auction for sale of "Stari Yuhor" - 1.1m EUR for 4 facilities

Jagodina-based stock company for production of meat products and cans "Yuhor export" has, once again, after three-month break, announced auction for sale of buildings and land of "Stari Yuhor" (Old Yuhor) in the city downtown.

Four facilities at 4,367 square meters and the state-owned organized city building land at 89.88 acres on very attractive location, about 100 meters away from the city market, alongside Belgrade-Niš railway, are offered for sale.

The starting prices of facilities range between 202,000 and 341,220 EUR, while their total starting price amounts to 1,109,340 EUR. The price was the same at the first auction on November 7th, which was unsuccessful because there were no interested buyers.
