Third auction for sale of UTP "Srbija" on March 3rd – property divided into several independent packages

The Privatization Agency has scheduled the third auction for sale of property of bankrupted debtor UTP “Srbija” from Pirot for March 3rd. For that purpose, the company’s property has been divided into several independent packages. The first package includes hotel "Pirot" with the land, and the starting price is 146,698,911 RSD.

The second package includes cafe "Kele" with the equipment and business inventory, and its starting price is 5,405,880 RSD. The third package comprises the chain of coffee shops "Srbija", of which starting price is 11,218,029 RSD.

The facility of "Bela mačka" is in the fourth package whose starting price is 4,602,626 RSD.

The fifth package includes hotel "Mir" in Zvonačka spa resort with 5 surrounding villas and both swimming pools. The auxiliary facility of café "Đerdap" is in the sixth package whose starting price is 159,203 RSD. So far, two auctions have been organized for sale of UTP "Srbija" as a whole, but both of them were unsuccessful.
