"Fia Invest" wants to rent entire Paraćin’s Industrial zone "Zmič" for construction of trade center, hotel and gas station
Investment fund "Fia invest" is interested in rental of complete land intended for development of industrial zone between Paraćin and Ćuprija, on the location of Zmič.
As explained by Jasmina Vidović, the Head of the office for local economic development in Town Hall of Paraćin, “Fia invest” would like to have a shopping center, a high-category hotel and a gas station built at total surface of 200,000 square meters at the area of about 46 ha alongside the Belgrade-Niš highway where the development of infrastructure is underway.
- Municipality of Paraćin has received the letter of intent sent by company "Fia invest", a part of Italian "Fia group". They introduced themselves as a Belgrade-based company, and the letter was signed by CEO Ranko Mimović. The letter was addressed to the Mayor, it was then forwarded to the municipal council and, if everything goes as planned, the Mayor should form the task force for negotiations – says Jasmina Vidović and adds that "Fia invest" promised to create 1,000 jobs.
