Openning of “Usce” shopping mall on March, 31, 2009

Belgrade’s shopping mall, “Usce”, worth 150 million euros, should be opened on March, 31st, 2009, according to the words of Deputy Executive Manager of the company “Balkans Real Estate”, Radmila Nikolic.

Representative of this company, which is actually “MPC Properties” transformed, stated in the interview given to Beta agency that construction of the second tower within “Usce” complex would start after the openning of the shopping mall.

- Reorganization of “MPC Properties” was finished on December, 22nd. The strategy of the American investment bank, “Merrill Lynch” is to make out of the joint company, “Balkans Real Estate” a platform for business activities in the region, said Mrs. Nikolic.

According to data from the Agency for business registars, the owner of this company with 56 million euros capital is a Dutch company, “Balkan Real Estate” from Rotherdam.

Mrs. Nikolis also stated that “Balkans Real Estate” hadn’t given up from building a 90.000 square meters office premises on 3 hectares of land at Autokomanda in Belgrade.

- Our experts team is working on the project’s concept. All realization plans are being done in agreement with the partner, American investment company, “Merrill Lynch”, Mrs. Nikolic pointed out.
