Russian "Miledi investment group" to have golf court, exclusive hotel and luxury villas built on Zlatibor mountain
Russian company "Miledi investment group" has recently bought 20 ha of land from several private owners in village of Jablanica, near Tornik, in the valley of the Rzav river.
As it was unofficially confirmed to "Glas javnosti" on Zlatibor mountain, the activities related to procurement and collecting of documentation are almost over and the Russian owners of the company are, allegedly, interested in buying another 100 ha of land in that region and having a big 18-hole golf court, a five-star exclusive hotel and luxury villas of wood and stone built at that location.
Although none of the people who are familiar with these activities of the Russian company did not want to speak in public about this procurement, it is well-known that are of land in this zone, about 5-6 km away from the center of Zlatibor, costs between 500 and 600 EUR, as well as that the procurement of such large pieces of land lowers the price.
According to the available information, company "Miledi investment group" has recently been registered in Belgrade and its mother company, of which headquarters is in Moscow, deals with civil engineering and it currently works on the projects in Moscow, Montenegro and in the Near East.
The Moscow-based company that bought the land on Zlatibor is not the only company from Russia that has expressed interest in investment in this mountain over the last few months.
The Russian investors who have already bought 20 ha of land in Jablanica will have to acquire appropriate planning documentation for development of facilities and to ask the Municipality to issue acts on city planning terms for that location.
This latest procurement of land on Zlatibor only confirms the interest in building lots on this mountain. The land bought by Russians is only few kilometers away from the ski center on Tornik. The price of lots next to the ski center has significantly grown over the past few years, so that the owners now sell 1 are of land at the price of up to 8,000 EUR.
Purchase of land in Jablanica is the first that big Russian investment in Zlatibor. In 2007, the businessmen from Montenegro were especially active on Zlatibor and they were paying up to 20,000 EUR for 1 are of land in the center of the mountain, while the price of one square meter of housing or office space ranged between 3 and 5,000 EUR. The highest prices were those of the old houses with the lots at 5-6 are, as well as vast pastures towards Sirogojno, Smiljanski Zakosi and Carevo Polje.
