New apartments for refugees and displaced persons in 10 towns in Serbia – Tender for contractors open until April 16
The Public Sector Project Management Unit Belgrade has opened a tender for the construction of residential facilities for multiple families in 10 towns, realized within the Regional Housing Program for refugees and displaced persons in Serbia.
The construction of residential building meant for social housing will take place in Valjevo (20 apartments), Uzice (10), Cajetina (12), Novi Pazar (20), Kikinda (16), Backi Petrovac (3), Backa Palanka (16), Irig (12), Sremski Karlovci (16) and Pancevo (8).
The total budget amounts to around EUR 3.6 million, and the works are financed on the basis of the grant agreement between the Council of Europe Development Bank and the Republic of Serbia.
The bid submission deadline is April 16, whereas the contractor is to be selected in June 2018 at the latest.
