Old units and land of "Yuhor" for sale at starting price of 1.1m EUR

Company for production of meat products and meat cans "Yuhor export" from Jagodina has announced the sale of buildings and land of "old Yuhor", that is, the facilities where the production used to be carried out until ten years ago.

The buildings at 4,367 square meters and the land at 8,988 square meters at very attractive location, about 100 meters away from the city market, alongised Belgrade - Niš railway, will be offered for sale at the starting price of 1,109,320 EUR.

The bids for procurement can be submitted prior to November 16, and the decision about the selection of the best bidder will be made by the commission prior to November 21st.

Company "Yuhor" was founded in 1902. The buildings that are offered for sale were hosting production machinery for nearly one centure, until the new modern slaugtherhouse and the meat processing unit was development in Kablovska Street, about 2 km away from the city center.
