The Municipality of Paracin has opened a contest for the alienation of land for the construction of production and commercial facilities in Industrial Zone Zmic.
A total of 15 plots of land, ranging in size from 23 to 223 ares are being leased, and the initial price is around EUR 317 per are in dinar countervalue.
The person in whose favor the building land in Industrial Zone Zmic is to be alienated needs to obtain the building permit and start building the facility within 18 months of the obtaining of the decision from the competent institution and to brings the parcel to its purpose, that is, to obtain the exploitation permit within the deadline proscribed by the Law on Planning and Construction.
The contest is open for six months, and the offers will be opened once a month, each 27th, at the Municipality of Paracin.
The first opening is scheduled for February 27, 2018, at 10 am.
