"Boska" officially became property of consortium "Delta-Zekstra"

Minister of Trade and Tourism of Republic of Srpska, Predrag Gluhaković, and the representative of consortium "Delta-Zekstra", Dragan Đurić, signed the Contract on October 3 in Banja Luka on sale of 58% of state-owned capital in Department Store "Boska" for 3m EUR.

Gluhaković said that the Contract protected 254 workers of "Boska", which was the primary goal of the Government of RS.

According to his words, consortium "Delta-Zekstra" took over obligations that Department Store "Boska" had in the past few years, as well as the debt of 5m KM to Tax Administration.

The representative of consortium "Delta-Zekstra", Dragan Đurić, expressed his gratitude to the Government of RS and Prime Minister Milorad Dodik for fair relations and he pointed out that over 40m EUR would be needed for the complete realization of that project.

He said that the project should be realized in 2009 and he pointed out that the investment anticipated series of construction and refurbishment works, as well as works on entrance and facade of Department Store "Boska".
