Greek "Global Finance International Limited" bought 3.75 ha in Kragujevac - development of residential-business complex in the pipeline

Greek investment group "Global Finance International Limited" has bought 3.75 ha of land in the vicinity of the lot where "Plaza centers" is being built in Kragujevac.

Member of the City Investment Council, Nebojša Vasiljević, said that the Greek investment group had bought three parcels in settlement Stara Radnička Kolonija for 15m EUR.

According to his words, consortium "Global Finance International Limited" plans to invest in development of residential-business complex.

Settlement Stara Radnička Kolonija is one of the most attractive to investors. Due to arrival of big investors, local administration has started to implement program for dislocation of wooden huts that were built at the beginning of the last century.

The families who live in these huts will be moved to new apartments in that housing complex. Construction of three buildings with 162 apartments, which is financed by local administration with over 5m EUR, will be finished by the end of May 2009.
