Property of Pirot-based company "Srbija" for sale - catering facilities on auction on October 30

Privatization Agency of Serbia has announced that it will offer the property of Pirot-based catering-tourist company "Srbija" in bankruptcy for sale on the auction on October 30 at the starting price of 205.9m RSD.

As daily newspaper Politika announced, Pirot-based hotel "Pirot", cafe "Srbija", cafe "Bela mačka" and cafe-restaurant "Kale" will be offered for sale.

The facilities of that company in Zvonačka spa resort - hotel "Mir", six villas and other land owned by the company - will also be offered for sale.

The property of "Srbija" on the location of Dobri Do, which includes building facilities, land and ski lift, will be included in the offer as well.

Deposit for participation amounts to 82.3m RSD, and the deadline for submission of applications is October 23rd.
