Lot in Autokomanda in Belgrade is waiting for buyer - Initial price at EUR 7 m

A cadastral lot of 6,421 m2 has been advertised, which was planned for business and commercial activities (business, trade, hotels).

Starting price for alienation of construction land was determined on the basis of the market value assessment prepared by the Finance Ministry and amounted to 130,910 dinars per square meter, so total starting amount for the complex amounts to 840,573,752 dinars (about 7 million euros). The land will be sold to an investor offering the highest price for the location, and the price must be the same or higher than the initial one and cannot be reduced later.

In addition, the Directorate has announced sale of construction land in Lazarevac.

The land located between Branko Radicevic and Dusan Petrovic Sane on two individual building plots, on the building plot GP1, total area of ​​2.192 m2 and GP2, total area of ​​2.146 m2 was advertised,.

Lots are located in residential areas with activities on urban lots in the mid dense zone.

Applications for participation in both tenders will be submitted by December 26, 2017, while public auction will be held the day after at the Directorate.
