Company "Delta Real Estate" interested in valorization of Montenegrin tourist potentials

- Company "Delta Real Estate" is interested in valorization of Montenegrin tourist potentials, but the concrete locations will be specified after the announcement of tenders and tender terms - said CEO Dejan Racić.

He said that Montenegro, having in mind the capacities, could develop up to 5 significant "resort complexes" at the seaside.

- We may find some of the tenders that will be announced interesting, but we can not exactly which of these complexes would be developed by "Delta Real Estate". We surely want to have a tourist complex at the seaside - said Racić.

According to his words, that company will wait to see the tender terms and offer.
