Colliers International Serbia exclusive agent for TQ City - opening in spring 2009

Colliers International Serbia is the exclusive agent for TQ City, a major mixed-use project by the Serbian investor Tradeunique in the town of Indjija outside Belgrade.

TQ City is a modern high-quality mixed-use project, which includes a shopping mall, residential complex, office building and Expo center. In addition, there is a subterranean garage with 270 places. The whole project covers an area of 43,500 m2.

The retail space available for lease within the shopping mall is 6,335 m2. It is positioned on two levels and will include international anchors, numerous retail units, a mega-market and number of restaurants and cafes for leisure time. The planned opening of the mall is in spring 2009.

Colliers International Serbia has already opened a showroom in the town center of Indjija to conduct residential sales, with retail and office leasing activities being conducted from the Belgrade office.
